Orders placed for larger sized items are delivered via commercial carrier shipping companies (not a small package delivery company such as UPS or FedEx. These items are only available to ship within the continental US and are not available using our express service. The shipping company will call to notify you of the delivery date and approximate time. Upon delivery, be sure to inspect the shipment and make a note on the delivery ticket if there is any noticeable damage. You may want to contact our Customer Service Department while the delivery company is still there as we may be able to suggest a suitable remedy. If the damage is significant, you should refuse the delivery. Refused orders of undamaged merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the return shipping costs incurred by Comfort1st.com. Please note: All truck deliveries are assumed to be curbside. Alternatively, you can enjoy white glove service, which includes by appointment delivery, in home set up and removal of packing materials. Please contact our sales team for information on rates.
