Return Policy (Not Returnable)
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of all our products and will work with our customers regarding any merchandise and/or shipping concerns however this product is not returnable unless received damaged or defective.
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery. A replacement or full credit will be issued for merchandise that is found to be defective. For additional details, read the policy below.
How To Return A Defective Product:
1) E-mail our service department including your name, order number and phone number and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1-2 business days.
2) We will provide a (prepaid) return-shipping label for all return claims involving allegedly defective or mis-shipped merchandise.
3) Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product was defective. If order was correctly shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, customer is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship merchandise to the customer location.
4) Credits are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of return, after merchandise inspection approval.
