Elegant yet sporty, the Valco Runabout Tri Mode Single Jogging Stroller maintains the optimal balance of strength, weight and mobility while retaining a super small profile when folded! With its unique new Tri-Mode wheel system, the Runabout offers three different modes for ultimate maneuverability under all types of conditions. Simply turn the dial and the wheel will find the correct setting. Runabout's front wheel can swivel through 360 degrees making it a breeze to maneuver through even the tightest of spots. The wheel can also be automatically fixed in place for rough-terrain jogging and easy tracking. Or, you can fix the front wheel of the Tri Mode so that it swivels in a 45 degree arc in both directions, maximizing stability under less than perfect conditions such as on an incline, uneven terrain or for use with the optional toddler seat, etc.
With special attention placed on your child’s comfort, Valco's unique new EXTENDED AIRGO™ system means even more comfort for your child, allowing even more complete airflow throughout the entire stroller. An extra roomy round hood system with “no tool” mountings provides even more protection and extra headroom for even older children. And a sun cap in the hood, that conveniently folds away when not needed, provides extra protection from the sun. A newborn “Head Hugger” makes fitting newborns into the lRunabout's arge seat a breeze, and harness covers protect your child's delicate skin from plastic parts.
The TriMode Runabout also features a new, super-strong front footplate, and a multi position, ergonomically designed, adjustable handle. For extra storage, there are new side basket-mounted saddlebags, an extra large, hood-mounted storage bag,an inside hood zipper section for the optional UV protective insect net, and now rear zipper access to the basket – so convenient when your seat is reclined. There is also a tire pump and convenient pump pocket situated out of the way under the seat.
