The first of Lascal's 'Boards to be developed was the KiddyBoard™, and was first manufactured in Sweden in 1993. The KiddyBoard™ has become well established in Australia, Europe, Japan and the United States.

The KiddyBoard™ is designed to fit strollers which have a rear axle or other horizontal bar that has a diameter of 10-22mm. If there is no point of attachment for the connector, the BuggyBoard™ is more appropriate for your stroller.The front plate of the KiddyBoard™ can be adjusted to provide a flat platform to ride on. If the point of attachment is too high or too low, a Level Adjuster will be required.

Features of the Kiddyboard

• Fixed position--the angle of the KiddyBoard™ remains fixed in relation to the stroller (it does not swing),ensuring comfort and safety for the child. As the stroller turns, the child does not risk being hit on the head by the handle and the board does not lock the stroller's wheels.
• Suspension--provides additional comfort for the child and reduces the impact on the stroller
• Easy to attach and release--one handed mechanism takes only 5 seconds to attach or release
• Anti-slip surface--gives the toddler a safe foothold.
• Designed to fit--can be adjusted to fit different types of strollers and prams with an axle. This system also ensures minimal strain on the chassis. KiddyBoard™ can pass over bumps and curbs without affecting the balance of the stroller; most of the weight of the child passes on to the KiddyBoard™ wheels, therefore minimizing the stress placed on the stroller.
