Shipping Rates
Cost of shipping is calculated using your zip code, the weight and size of the item(s). The best way to find out your shipping total is to add your item(s) to your shopping cart, enter your shipping information and proceed to the billing screen. It will then calculate your shipping total before you finalize your order. We reserve the right to contact you with regard to changes in shipping charges for orders of multiple products. Please do not select expedited shipping on Items marked as free shipping as they will only be sent our using regular ground service.

Total Time For Delivery
We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible. Many factors contribute to delivery time. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. If you're trying to estimate when your order will arrive, consider the following: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed on Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Products being shipped via Express Shipping are automatically upgraded for express processing in our warehouse however the 2-3 days refer to transit times only.

Where We Ship
Within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and military addresses including APO, FPO & PCS. Please note, free shipping promotions do not apply to orders being shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States and military AP addresses. You will be contact by a customer service representative for orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States and military AP addresses for authorization prior to shipping.

Ordering Multiple Products
Since products may be shipped from different warehouse locations please do not be alarmed if you do not receive everything in the same shipment. If you purchase multiple products in a single order, your readily available items may delay by the longer-availability items.

Tracking An Order
Every in-stock order that is shipped is given a unique tracking number. You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number, and provides a direct link to the carrier's package-tracking site.
Any items that have either special delivery requirements or that ship directly from the manufacturer will be tracked by us directly to assure timely delivery. You will not receive a tracking e-mail. If you require further tracking information, please e-mail us at
