No Worries Return Policy
Our No Worries Return Policy is simple and easy - if you're unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. For details, read the policy below.
- If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please call us immediately at 443-539-1440 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll remedy the situation.
- We accept returns for 30 days from the date of the purchase. However, we will not accept returns that do not have our return authorization number (RA). We assume the shipping cost on items with "free shipping" only on purchases that are not returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged.
- Returns must be unused, in the condition you received it. It should be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions. Returns are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 25%. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you will be charged for return shipping and restocking.
- All Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...) or as a gift certificate.
- Since return policies may differ between products and manufacturers, please refer to the individual product page for return information.
- We do not accept returns on the following items; custom orders or on products marked as a "closeout" or "overstock", seasonal items, furniture, personal care products (i.e. breast pumps, shavers, pillows & bedding), beds & mattresses, baby carriers, items purchased on our "Dutch Auction" program, used products not in new condition, and gift cards. Due to shipping considerations, we are not able to accept returns on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories.
- Free AMEX e-Gift Card Promotion: If an American Express gift card was issued, the gift card value will be debited from your final credit amount.
How To Return A Product:
1) E-mail our service department at email@example.com. including your name, order number and phone number and a customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1-2 business days.
2) You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method, however we require a return tracking number on all returns. Comfort1st.com cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouses.
3) Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified on your return packing slip. Credits are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of return.
