Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Every purchase made on our site is absolutely safe. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to transmit your credit card information over the Internet. When you place your order, you will be in secure mode. When you enter your credit card information it will be encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. If your credit card is used fraudulently, we will cover any liability not absorbed by your credit card company.

Do you charge sales tax?
State laws require that internet retailers collect sales tax in states where they are resident. Comfort1st.com is currently resident in the state of Maryland. Subsequently we are required to charge applicable taxes in Maryland. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our customers, therefore orders are processed and prepared for shipment throughout the day. As such, once your order is placed, you may not be able to make changes or cancellations. How can I track the status of my order?
Every in-stock order that is shipped is given a unique tracking number. You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number, and provides a direct link to the carrier's package-tracking site. Any items that have either special delivery requirements or that ship directly from the manufacturer will be tracked by us directly to assure timely delivery. You will not receive a tracking e-mail. What if I want to return something?
At Comfort1st.com, most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling). Items must be returned in new condition, in the original box with the manufacturer's packaging. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email at support@Comfort1st.com . Returns will not be accepted without proper return authorization from our Customer Service Department.
