How to change or cancel an order?

Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our customers, therefore orders are processed and prepared for shipment throughout the day. As such, once your order is placed, you may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

If your request for a change or cancellation is not received prior to order processing, your order will be shipped out as originally specified. When the package arrives you have two options.

  1. Accept delivery of the package. You may return the item if it does not suit your needs. See our return policy for full details.
  2. Refuse delivery of the package. If you refuse an item, it will be returned to us and those refused orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges.
